1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the Player on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on vip22, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. This means you must not be under any legal disability, bankruptcy, or other condition that would prevent you from being legally bound by these terms.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

While vip22 primarily serves Indonesian players, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Certain games or services may be restricted based on your location. We reserve the right to refuse service to Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account with vip22. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any winnings.

3.5 Restricted Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from using vip22 services:

• Persons under the age of 21
• Employees of vip22 and their immediate family members
• Employees of game providers, payment processors, or other business partners of vip22
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling activities
• Persons resident in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Individuals who have been previously banned from vip22 for Terms violations

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your national ID card or KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

vip22 requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to provide copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian national ID card / KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID card. This process typically takes 1-2 hours to complete. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify vip22 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. vip22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You must keep your account information up to date. If you change your email address, phone number, residential address, or banking details, you must update this information in your account settings immediately. Failure to maintain current information may result in delays in receiving important communications, processing withdrawals, or accessing your account.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

vip22 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are typically processed instantly for bank transfers and e-wallets. All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited and will be rejected.

5.2 Deposit Limits

vip22 allows you to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits can only be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. If you do not set custom limits, default maximum deposit amounts apply based on your account verification status.

5.3 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to meeting any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are typically 15-30 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB) and up to 2 hours outside business hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

vip22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or when fraud is suspected. We may also require proof that the deposited funds originated from a legitimate source. Withdrawals may be refused if we suspect money laundering, bonus abuse, or other Terms violations. In such cases, the account may be suspended and funds held pending investigation.

5.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a different currency, funds will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. vip22 does not charge currency conversion fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

vip22 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming a bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "10x deposit + bonus"). Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-50%. The specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

vip22 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting red and black simultaneously on roulette), and any other activity we determine to be abusive. Players caught engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and accounts may be permanently closed.

6.4 Bonus Cancellation

You may cancel an active bonus at any time via your account settings. Canceling a bonus will forfeit the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it. Only your original deposited funds will remain in your balance. Once canceled, a bonus cannot be reinstated.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Players must play fairly and honestly. The use of artificial intelligence, bots, automated betting systems, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. vip22 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems, and any Player found to be engaging in unfair play will have their account immediately suspended, all bets voided, and funds confiscated.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game available on vip22 has its own specific rules, payout tables, and betting limits. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. Game rules can be accessed via the information button within each game. In the event of a dispute about game outcomes, vip22's records will be considered final and binding.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game malfunction, vip22 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect odds displayed, game freezes, disconnections, and software bugs. vip22 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, and our maximum liability is limited to refunding the stake of affected bets.

7.4 Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using vip22 services. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or money laundering
• Collusion with other players or dealers
• Using bots, automated systems, or third-party software to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for personal gain
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated play
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs or proxy servers
• Using vip22 services if you are under 21 years of age or legally prohibited from gambling

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vip22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to incorrect betting decisions
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security
• Loss or corruption of data
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues
• Actions taken by government authorities or regulatory bodies
• Changes to game rules, odds, or platform features

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of vip22 services shall be limited to the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of vip22 services, you must contact our customer support team within 14 days of the incident. Provide as much detail as possible including your account username, date and time of the incident, game name (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

Our support team will investigate your complaint and respond within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate the complaint to our management team. All disputes will be handled fairly and transparently, with decisions based on our terms and conditions and available evidence.

vip22's decision on all disputes is final and binding. By using our services, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or similar collective legal actions against vip22.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by vip22

vip22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Bonus abuse or unfair gaming practices
• Providing false information during registration
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Outstanding debts or chargebacks

If your account is suspended for Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If suspended for verification purposes, your funds will be held until verification is complete.

11.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to self-exclude due to problem gambling, please specify the duration (minimum 6 months, maximum 5 years, or permanent). During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play. Any attempts to open new accounts during self-exclusion will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of funds.

12. Changes to Terms

vip22 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the terms were most recently revised.

It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of vip22 services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or on-site notification.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip22 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of vip22 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
